Thats true after saturday the ranking list can change, but this will be the POTS, as the election closed and the new season started.

IMPORTANT || RULES:

FIRST ROUND

1. Once the invitation has been sent, publish it in the forum.
2. The maximum term to agree on the friendly is until the sokker update of Wednesday.
3. If the deadline has expired, the 3 points get who sent the invitation 3-0.
4. In case both teams have not take here the invitation to the forum, and the match miss, each team get 0 point.
5. The first 2 team in each group get into the semi final.

What decide when more teams have same points:

The advantage:

1. goal deferences decide
2. Most scored goals (If goal difference the same)
3. The result what the two team played against each other.
4. Who get the first goal when played two team against each other (if the two team reached a draw against each other)

SECOND ROUND

1. The invitation must be sent in CUP SYSTEM (Cup rules).
2. Invitations must be sent by the team that will be local.
3. If the game is paced in league mode, in case of a tie passes the team Visitor.
4. The maximum term to agree the friendly is until the sokker update of Wednesday.
5. If the deadline expires the victory will be assigned to the rival team (3-0).
6. If 2 team eliminate in the semi final they will play for the 3rd-4th place.

I felt Ozbekiston won't play in the future NT matches, but Kruziu won the election here I just saw. As Ozbekiston won the last African Cup, I gave him a wild card as a title defender. He confirmed.

As I see Ghana can't participate like Cameroon without manager. Ozbekiston replaced with Ghana.

Hi to all,

A message just to let you know that here, in Algeria, as african managers, we do not appriciate the formula of this cup.

We don't gonna boycott it but we think that it could be more easy and clear for every one...
Why non- african teams?why 12 teams ? why 3 groups ? why teams ranking upper than the best african? why mode cup for the finale?

Why not 2 groups? 10, 8 or 6 teams.... nerver mind.... even 4, african teams ... matchs away/home if it necessary to full the dates, especially for the final... no mode cup which is too random and you'll consacrate the best african team of the tournament.

Africans communities are dying since years on Sokker, are disappearing, even in an friendly tournament made to put them under the light...

There is several easier formulas to put african teams in front of the local scene

As it currently presented, this tournament should be called " friends for Africa Cup" but no "African Cup of Nations", out of subject this cup is losing is soul.

However, we appreciate your efforts and we thanksfull for thatbut it was important you know our point of view before we stop our possible participation for the future for the A team and U21.
