FLOW A

After investigating more closely the pairs of world cup

Venezuela - Italia (pot 4)
România (pot 1) - Moldova wild card 1
Deutschland (flow b) - Türkiye (pot 1)
Hrvatska (pot 1) - Hellas (pot 2)

we have the following possibilities

If Italy wins we will have +1 wild card else no wildcard from this game
If Moldova wins next team in line gets wild card 1 but 1 wild card less will be used due Romania will play group stage
If Deutschland wins we have one less wild card If Turkey wins we have one more wild card
last game always gives one wild card

so counting max and min case we have this

Moldova will always play if it goes to World Cup will have a chance to play in playoffs if is on World Cup final or wins the playoff with another semifinalist of WC
Hayastan will play if Moldova wins or we have 2 wild cards
Nederland will play if we have 3 wildcards or Moldova wins and we have 2 wild cards
Azerbaijan will be able to play only if we have 4 wild cards and that is only ( if Italy, Romania, and Türkiye win at WC)

so we will have 4 wild cards as max case scenario but we also have 1 wild card in min scenario

possibilities for flow B are
Deutschland wins on wc so we have 1 team less else but then one wild card less will be used so we have max 4 wild cards and min 1
we have 12 teams 8 + 4 wild cards so max 11 min 8 teams so we definitely will have 2 groups

- we are changing the start and end dates of the elections
- the user will be able to vote in elections after 13 weeks of play
- the problem of double injuries will be fixed - if a player receives two serious injuries - they will not be added up, but the longer one will be taken into account
- if a player receives slight injury first and then heavy one - they will still be added up

this may affect next edition in wrong way cutting us one more week for next edition I asked for more details so I can see if we need most likely to change format ....
so its really important in this edition to finish as high as possible

WC teams 3 of the best European teams on the World Cup always join the main play off so Deutschland will have a chance to qualify despite being added to flow B
There is playoff if 4 euro teams are at semis between lost teams at semi final
