Method one with import from csv
- we need csv file with c_id , t_id and pot_id
- in the cms supports on this url https://sokker.fly.dev/en/admin/arcades/cup/ import from csv

manual draw set up
- add one by one all teams from cms as on the image bellow on this url

step 3 add not existing teams

If team do not exits in our db we add him from cms here

When all pots are added and c_draw_status field is set to draw from admin dashboard for arcades here

with button Draw

step 5 generate fixtures

once draw is generated on the page cup_teams in cms here you will see the cl id of all teams
this means draw was done and c_status will be set to fixtures

if everything is ok on admin dashboard fixtures can be generated

step 6 fetch games from sokker

Then we set start date of the cup and we can fetch games from sokker automatically

step 7 adjust game if needed

If you need to edit game result you go on games filter by cup round you find the game

you click on name of first team and you can edit game


and change goals home and goals away its important status to be set to ADJ
(from adjusted) in order update of games to not overwrite your changes

step 8 generate standings

standing in groups can be updated from admi dashboard too with button update standings

There is no one responsible for the arrangement, the match will definitely be held. If there is a match that has not been arranged for a long time, then we will intervene. If the match "Cup System" is not determined, 1 more match will be determined to determine the winner and loser, friends.

There should be clear rules about those basic things like who sends invites and when the games are played.

Usually rule is home team is responsible to send invite and away team must accept at least 24h before game
Game is cup rules and if no date available for replay home team forfeit.

Yes, if you look at it, should there be strict rules, yes, but my goal is to compete fully in the tournament, not to miss any matches, to play all the matches, to have an enjoyable tournament with high competition. So, I don't want to have strict rules.
