and i canceled it so i wouldn't pay at all

moving forward i will have to block the tpay vender from the credit card.. only way to protect your money..

you can't even delete your payment info.. so they can just charge you anytime they want.. and looks like that's what they have done with me...

All operations are performed by a third-party service provider.
The question is whether your cancellation physically occurred, not whether you were charged after the cancellation. Did you just make an attempt to cancel but didn't confirm something, or during that attempt due to some error not necessarily on sokker's side (such as an internet connection problem) the cancellation didn't happen.
When exactly did you cancel the subscription? Did you receive emails confirming the cancellation?

Surely no one is trying to steal from anyone, I will help clarify the matter.

Could you provide some evidence that you were charged after cancellation?

As far as I know:
- you cancelled the sub on 12 December
- you have a plus until tomorrow, so it has not been renewed
