Asunto: cancellation of player sales of 29-12-2024

yesterday from 7pm to 10pm Italian time there was a problem with the server and it was impossible to reach it, having 2 players for sale they were practically given away... this caused big problems and staggered the game I ask that sales in that range be canceled hourly.Thank you

I'm not 100% sure, but I think that they would have to use a backup and go back one day, which would mean the games from yesterday would have to be repeated.

I'm fairly certain they never did such a thing, so I don't expect them to do so now. It happened many times over the years and they didn't do anything with it unfortunately.

It already happened in the past, two years ago, a similar situation. They deleted player transactions without deleting the results of the games played.
if something has changed now and it is no longer possible to do so I do not know.

I also sold my best player because I an in a big deficit. Unfortunately, due to the server outage, it was sold almost for nothing. So I'm not sure if I will continue now, unless something is done about it

it has already happened in the past, two years ago, I was involved that time too. (exactly the same kind of problem, server malfunctioning but auctions not moved automatically, always due to system malfunction)

Simply the next day all the transactions related to the period of server malfunction were deleted, for obvious reasons, without asking the seller or the buyer. There was a malfunction, it will be fixed.

I hope the same. I would like to have an answer from some dev.

I try to bid on 2 players and IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE.
Slow server, no refresh, button "BID" was not available to bid.
