I don't think it should be any higher than 69. And if it is, at least show the effort you made into lowering down. Show that trainee that played to lower it down. RTS made no effort whatsoever. He just took advantage of the ratings showed on the screen and now he's playing a different stronger team. Users also make changes in the last 10 minutes to drop their ratings.
If you don't take a strong stand on this I will not join again.

For a team that aims to play at max 69, an extra 22 over all the players should be enough to cover any factor that would make a player have rating above its usual (form, activity, etc). For example: your right-back is in top form and very active against a team that uses a winger. Normally rated at 65, the right back gets 72. The gk is top form and makes lots of saves: normally is 88, this game gets 94. So you'd have extra 13 points. Spread all over your 11, it gives you an extra 1.2. So your team would end up with 70.2 rating. It's understandable.
But when a team has played constantly at 73+, it's not so much. It's cheating.
