I think a no substitutions unless injured rule probably helps.

Clubs need to have a better idea of their ratings before signing up. Personally I think making them play a test game with their strongest 11 would filter out these clubs who should be playing in the Europe League instead.

Yes, but is not exactly out of the rules. His correct average mark was under 62.0.

Actually I had a similar match where I played with a MID instead of a keeper to lower my mark. Even if I had tons of occasions, the opponent scored at every kick on goal, so it's very risky.

Now I play with two keepers on the field...

Have I broken any rules?
I put a line player with 0 skill in the GK, so all you had to do was shoot at it and you would score.
