Asunto: »Foreign users in different countries

In the English league, we have Polish users that refuse to show or tell their players skills to NT coach. I don't know their reasons but I can only guess that this is because the English community voted for an Italian manager instead of a Polish candidate. And (probably) because they think they're helping their own country by sabotaging the country they live in.
Do you have the same situation in your leagues in other countries? Except Poland, obviously.

they hide the skills because they probably don't want their players to play (many people don't care about NT) - nothing new about that, every time I'm a NT manager I have to negotiate with at least a couple of users to receive skills of their players, often the owners don't even want to negotiate and never show the skills. And it's their right because that's how the game is made. At the same time it is my right to then use their "hidden players" and risk them getting injured in every possible game against weakest opponents.

At the moment I have ~10 top level players with skills hidden, 5 from just one team. And by "top players" I mean that at least 5 of them will be playing during World Cup even though I don't even know their skills.

Just in case: I'm talking about users that have been (as NT coach for England) telling everyone to get behind the national team. I was just wondering what happened in the meantime....

Some people are just selfish and care about NTs only if they're the ones running one, if not - they only care about their team. I've seen such examples as well. I even saw users who hid skills of their players while they were an active NT coach. Or hid skills of players as soon as they stopped being NT coach of a country. They're not playing anymore so they take their toys from the playground.

My point as well is that it's unfair to try and point fingers at Polish users exclusively, but I know you love to do that.

Lots of users from different countries do that. I can't get skills from Eesti user, Scottish user, Austrian user and so on. Would never cross my mind to make it about their nationality though, but apparently we differ in that.

I'm not aware of other nationality user that does this in the English community. I'm only aware of Polish users. With Polish team names and Polish language as their club language.

Anything else?

Could you ask them what is the reason - why they don't share the skills?

I have a solution:
The under-21 players don't always play in the league and need an extra match in addition to the friendly, so I would suggest leaving only training + injuries for official matches. Lastly, the young players recover faster from injuries

Damn, i thought we were done with these problems since Brexit. Maybe we need a Sokkerxit ?

First, confirm whether the players skills had been hidden before or if they were only hidden now, along with the manager change.

Without any correlation in time, this is purely an absurd accusation.

I think bringing being Polish into this is probably not relevant or helpful to the overall issue. As to their reasons, I think we both know why they've done it and it's nothing to do with protecting their team.

The hypocrisy though bothers me. It's one thing for a regular manager to hide their players, it's another when it's former NT managers who have managed the very team they're hiding players from. I've spoken to one of them and got some cooperation briefly, so I'm not grabbing my pitchfork.

I see everyone is getting stuck on 'Polish'. Ok, maybe it's singling out one nationality. I've explained why in the posts above. To me, the most relevant fact is how the elections ended. If there is no correlation between the elections and their decision to not cooperate with the NT coach, I'd invite them to say it on here or any other forum.

Ah, no it's nothing to do with the election. Not this one at least.

Manager A was overlooked for the NT election almost a year ago and vowed he was done with the NT. I've worked my way around him because he didn't really have any players I needed. He also briefly showed me his players when requested and then hid them again.

Manager B is another matter. This is related to his drunken ranting and then getting a forum ban a few weeks ago.

I don't really get why you make a big mystery out of it. Name names. Aligator and Piotr?

If yes then the former is probably angry that he wasn't elected seasons ago and that's his reason for ignoring NT/u21 of England as he said he will.

As for latter, he probably doesn't care about NT since he is not the coach anymore and he cares only about his team because he is slowly reaching peak of his players and will try to get trophies, so doesn't want injuries outside of club.

I don't really get why Jensen would automatically assume it's about who won/lost elections since none of them even gave the PL candidate any support on forum and it's possible that they didn't even vote for the PL candidate. I'd rather guess that both of them don't care much for the English NT since it's not their toy anymore.

This is a general problem that all coaches in the world experience.
Of course, the majority are Polish because they are the majority in the game.

Brasil also has some hidden players from coaches of various nationalities, including one hidden player from a coach who is currently in charge of a major NT in Sokker.
It's every coach's right, and as long as there are still injuries for NT, unfortunately many users will think only of themselves.

I only have one hidden player in my current squad in Brasil, yet I know his skills, talking to the player's owner he agreed to show me the skills even though they remain hidden. But that's only because he's one of the best players in Brasil.
Most of them who hide their skills, if I ask the coach and they don't allow me to see them, I don't call them up to the NT.
I prefer to play with those whose skills I know.

I still struggle to see how their actions are going to help them get over their own issues. They're only creating other problems for the rest of the community, none of their actions is going to solve theirs.
