Asunto: »Foreign users in different countries

I still struggle to see how their actions are going to help them get over their own issues. They're only creating other problems for the rest of the community, none of their actions is going to solve theirs.

Well maybe we wanted a discussion without naming and shaming, and to allow them to respond if they wanted. Thanks for that.

I don't believe Alligator is much of an issue. He has just shown his players to the NT manager.

As for Piotr, this is due to his forum ban a few weeks ago. He has thrown his toys out of the pram.

And as I said, it's one thing for a regular member to hide their players but it's massive hypocrisy for a former NT manager to do it to the team he used to manage.

The English players pool is (probably) hundred times smaller than the Polish pool. For many seasons the focus of the whole top English leagues was to train players for NT's as much as we can. Almost every NT coach insisted on better junior schools, better junior coaches and so on. Including the two individuals you mentioned in your post, while they were in charge of the NT's. It does matter to us more than you could probably understand.

I've been NT coach of Germany which has roughly the same player pool as England [140 v 100 users, possibly more active though] so I know what it means to lose even 1 or 2 players due to not knowing skills. It sucks and there was even a German user who disagreed to show the skills of his player. His choice, the player was still used against weakest opponents.

Of course it sucks, especially from someone who was/is a NT coach. But again, that happens regularly, every NT coach has some players hidden etc.

Can't do anything about it other than shame the user, not let him get anywhere near the NT in future and possible let other countries know what he's doing when he decides to run in another country's elections.

Also you can still use his players - just as I do with 5 of them in Polish NT. 2 ATT, 1 CM, 1 DM, 1 DEF - all will play if in form because even without knowing their exact skills I know they are first team material and I could make out their best position by watching them play.

ps. he might change his mind if your NT coach starts using his every NT level player for 90 minutes against 50-60 rating NT in qualifiers.

And again - as Camus said it wasn't really relevant in your case if someone is Polish, or who won or lost the elections, because none of these things were the reason for them to do that. Jumping to such conclusions isn't really fair.

What I can also tell you is that Piotr has hidden skills of his only interesting Polish player, so yeah, since he's no longer a NT coach, apparently he is taking all his toys with him so nobody else can play with them.

Probably all other possible NT players of him from France etc. all have their skills hidden as well.

Nobody denies that. It sucks, it's hypocritical, as ex NT manager he should be ashamed for doing that and so on.

It's so easy to resolve. All NT matches as arcade without injuries and all players still visible for NT coaches.

Now I don't share anyone my players.

This also happens with our team. There are users who hide the skills because it's Israel and they want to hurt the team, and there are those who hid it because they don't want the player to play and get injured.
I talked to a few of them, I just talked to a guy who hide skills because he's afraid of injuries and we agreed that he would see the skills regularly and I would only play with the player if there was a really important official game that I needed him to play in, and this season is a friendly season for the Israeli team, so his player can't get injured. So we solved the problem.
Try talking to the users who are hiding it, you won't always be able to convince them, but it's likely that some of them will be convinced.

Ok so to answer questions here, England did not make the World Cup so there are only friendlies and no chance of injuries, the user is aware of this and still doesn't want to show the skills or have his players involved.

I have edited the title because I don't believe stating Polish users was relevant in so far as there is foreign people in many other countries not just Polish. I am aware that the player in question is but I feel it's better to discuss the issues without the title becoming a big contention to people. ;)

Make NT/U21 games as Arcades and make skills visible without option to hide them.

I totally agree, all polish users in Croatia are hiding the skills of croatian players !
