yes, too much unneccesary movement. Don't go back and forth all the time. Keep your mids a bit more back when the ball is at the 6th line.
When at the 2 line, think about what you want to do with your spare side-mid. This is where your tactics is supposed to be strong, but when I look at your tactic, I can't see what your plan is.

the wings aren't closed down, plus at corners too many in the GK area.
besides nr 6, look like semi-wingers so they should have at least formidable attack to be played like that, if not that this tactic is not that good.

2 critical mistakes i have seen.
firstly wenn tha ball is in opponents field, number 10 is always on the ball. so he wont pass the ball to your forwards. he will try to dribble with ball
second, your defence position is same when the ball in the middle of field and in one square back. so if there your opponents mids try to pass his forwards, your defence wont start to move back fast.
