1) go to the training you want in a new page
2) open a new finesrta and post the link (http://online.sokker.org/read_tact.php?id =*) and sending
3) instead of * (in the address bar) Enter IP address of the tactics
gives you a series of characters as above,
4) open a new window and enter the link (http://sokker.veletlen.info/taktika.php?type=0) and sending, you open a Paggino, side (Ide másold) paste the entire series of characters of the passage (3), then click on send request.
gives you a link to the training

advise me what to do with the defense, move them back?

yes, if the ball moves in each square to your goal, you defence have to move back too.

Is this a good tactic? Recomendations?

imho the defence positioning is just awful...(when the ball is on the wings)

depends if you have fast defenders, slow defnders need to defend deep to be effective., also number 11 looks a bit lonely up there

How should i put defenders? Theyre slow...

position them no forther that 1/3rd of the pitch, they should never go past the half way line :)
