Asunto: Tactics advice
I am playing 442(wing) right now, but I really would want to play 352 because I'm training MIDs... This guy is a fullback at the moment in league matches because of that.
formidable [11] stamina unsatisfactory [2] keeper
brilliant [14] pace excellent [10] defender
unearthly [16] technique magical [15] playmaker
incredible [13] passing weak [4] striker
I have one MID trainee, who's worse, 19y, but with formidable DEF, should I play 532, too, with two wingbacks a bit higher? It would be 5212, that 1 would be my winger, because he's the best one in the team but without DEF skill, so he's no good in the middle, I guess(you can check our the skills in the team page). Thanks for the help. :)

I play a 5-2-1-2 at the moment, but I keep the defenders in a line I don't want them disappearing to high up the pitch. I still need to have a play around with it, but so far it works ok. Conceding less just need to invest in better strikers.

You have 5 defenders though, I don't have that luxury. :)

Because almost your entire b-team is trainees..... but oldies lose value, you have 11 training spots open on A team you could gain money on..... a 12-16 def someplaces wouldnt harm you.. i almost never train too few on A or B team, more likely i have to sell because i dont have open spots..... :) First now as a 3rd-4th best team in denmark (cup silver this season) i´ve started making money on results, training is fair more effective to get you certain up over time.....

I've never noticed the difference the only difference being buying a 24yo player is he will still hold value at 30yo, very rarely gain that much money.
I don't really train anything just try to make a quick buck on youngsters in the B team which technically it's there for. So far it's working nicely since returning back to my team I've made 8mill euro at a least some good transfers some not so good, I'm not really that bothered about training a particular player or 22 youngsters, tried it and found it boring.

Thats not what i´m talking about, im talking about the balance... i didnt say train 22 youngsters, but almost not training on A team, well only top teams of countries can do so (extra revenue from CC and Cup).... it was just an advice on getting a better team in the long run... :)

And if you get your money back for the 24 who turns 30, then with the money you made in the meanwhile on B team, you can buy better 24 yo next time, and next time a even better, until you got top class "midage" trainees... buy 30 yo and lose almost all the money, and the money from b-team will just get you a new 30 yo with same average skills

Eventually I might, depends on what I plan on training next.
I wouldn't say they have average skills lol

Friends my players stamina is low, which tactic is the best to use
That's hard to say as this also depends of the opponent how players have to perform. But try to make a simple tactic so players don't run too much. The more players run the more tired they will become.
Keep DEFs at their own half and not all the way up to the middle line, keep MIDs in the center of the pitch (not too much positioned as DEF or ATT), and keep ATTs on the opponent's half and close to his keeper's box (they will be often offside but this way they won't be playing too much on MID position).

it is not...but 433 is a very risky tactic...I sometimes used it as coach of Italy national team

A simple 4-3-3 is not that difficult, but if you want to play it against stronger opponent, MIDs and their positioning are very important and sometimes tricky.
It's more playable than with the old enging though imo.
