Asunto: Tactics advice

either pull your defs and def mids a half field higher up, or move them way back (his atts are very low, if you go very low with your def, he will never get 1on1´s)

And.... if you have one with 12 or better pass, pull him as wide wing and high... he leaves miles of free space on the sides of his defence...

Don't focus in avoiding offside - at least 1 att should always stay beyond the midfield circle at all times. Let him automatically adjust to the defense level. You may use the other att in the same way or pull him farther down when the ball is too close to your goal, but when you reach the "3rd line" or 4th (counting from your goal) send him unrealistically fast at the same height as your "fisherman" :P
He only uses 4 defenders, but playing high defense means he can have up to 8 players blocking your way forward. Consider giving yourself some options to pass the ball back without reaching all the way to your defense. That short pause could be enough for his defense to put your strikers back onside or for your second striker to cross the defense line just in time. Perhaps something like 3-3-2-2 instead of 3-2-3-2, or something like that. If you are going to use offensive mids, consider leaving one for counterattacks, so not all balls go directly to strikers. You can also try a wide open wing, in which case there is no problem in sending him offside as well.
Without changing too much your current tactic, you can go to something like

---2--3--4---
----5----9----
------------8-
------7-------
6-------------
---------11--
---10--------

if that makes thing clearer instead of more confusing :P

I guess the more general message is: his main weakness are passes above/through his defense while it is still high. If that fails, you want to avoid blindly charging against his defense+midfield. The last part can be achieved as adaca said, that is, giving yourself some room with a low defense, just pay attention to how you distribute your mids in that case.

If you are going to use offensive mids, consider leaving one for counterattacks, so not all balls go directly to strikers.

I would suggest to use good wing mid for this position. A good wing mid will help to get (many) more cross passes. Many managers have a well defended center of the pitch with several central defenders, but often just 1 (weaker) wing defender per side. And ofcourse make sure your best wing mid will play against the weakest wing defender ;)

And make sure the passing path to the wing is not blocked. Many people think fielding a wing against 4 defs is enough, but he needs a decent passing player who is well positioned to support him.

True :)

But look as his players.. not even sure he has someone good enough for wing... if not at least 12, if not even 13-14 in passing, way too many crosses will fail big time... Right now my wing is this (i restructure)

14-8
15-11
12-11

but he keeps failing crosses.... 15+ form

He should play wide against the specific opponent because of very centered def, but with a striker who tries to go that way for goal....

Can someone share the link to a match where someone successfully played against an equally strong team with the opposing team using a high 3 striker attack? Thanks.

I need some inspiration :)

He won the match, but had huge luck..... notice shots, and that he had 61% of time the ball on his side of field, even he plays high def, 3 strikers and won the Ekstraklasa and CC many times with his tactic....

Well you can do whatever you want with DEF, MID, ATT in CC as you have two matches after still. Or if you can settle with training all your players wednesday, you could do something similar with league match.

But the point was, that my defs had 14+ average secondaries, so i wanted to try passing forward instead of faster clearing. For instance my center def, number 4 was 17-17-16-16-17

The point of the tactic is, i pushed him as high as could with my defs, but using my mid still normal position, so they could close possibilities of making through balls and making no gap between lines. It has worked very well for me several times, but requires fast players to get back when they get the ball past your line.
