be careful using offside trap , if your def are slow or the opponent attacker are faster (more than your players) maybe cause you problems .

i mean, that this setting(?) is destroing* all defending structure, becouse when he will got a ball and he will pass u may have big problem

Well, if their players are in my penalty then them passing the ball will be the least of my worries :)
You do know you are trying to defend your goal, right? What if, with your tactic, their striker manages to get past #3 for example? Will #4 be in time to try and retrieve the ball? Number 2 and 5 are contributing nothing a that point imho.
