XXX in the central box and the 4th just next to it in one of the other 2 boxes adjacent to the central one ;)

further: there are some things I'd never do, but the basics for a decent tactic are present :)

let just play some b-player and then we'll see who has the better tactic.. the result doesn't play a main role

Be aware of the holes in your defence when the ball is in your lowest line. Also when stepping the backs forward could be risky.
Your numbers 6 and 9 stay at their place when the ball is on the other side.

That are some things I saw quickly.

the first line, when the other one attacks, really sucks...
you need to put your players closer near your own goal, like this, its like a wide ope gate.

well, you can replace the white sphere in the middle to several other positions on the field and put the players like you want them to stand on every position.

I would bring the midfielders a bit lower (further from the att) and put my defenders a bit higher when the ball is in the center line :)
