i just don't like how you positioned your midfielders...
That's tough to say. Like I said, it seems random. I'd like to know what your idea behind it is.
he plays near himself striker I do not like him.too few effective
no. 8 have very complicated positioning. Play as defmid and then like a att mid. Its not good for him bcs he will have problems save all position. And one time i dont understend why he switching with no. 10...its too bad for good result.
Which kind of putting defenders is better for a team like mine? My opponents don't have actual wingers like strong teams

442 can be played on different way, so there isn't best tactic against 442, it depends of lot of things....his players, your players, is he playing with wingers, does your defenders have better def or pace, does his attacker have better pace, tech or att skill......
as almost any teams in your league play with standard tactics, I really recommend you to create your own tactic:
put the defenders in a line, close to each other like that:
---x-x-x-x---
and then try not to take the strikers back for corners and so on. So that all the players run as less as possible, but still as much as necessary.
And don't forget to make a tactic for every field in the tactic editor (I guess it's 7 * 5?)
With such a tactic you should easily win against all your opponents

Earlier, I put my def one row deeper, but I have experienced a lot of long shot from opponent (3 out of 5 conceded goals recently were from long shot!!!). But I don't know if putting def higher than opponent att would be a wise solution ....
