Asunto: SK NT Database Extension

First of all, sorry for the next stupid questions. Allthough i'm an experienced PC user, PHP and SQL is a mystery to me. Can anyone please tell me in some detail how to set up the server. It seems from the first post it is assumed you need to know PHP and SQL.

I've copied the content into a directory. I've allso copied phpmyadmin into another directory on the server. In the first post in this thread it is stated that i need to import the .txt file. I've located the import section of PHPmyadmin, but i dont know how to import and where it should be imported. Is it into the same catalogue as the database?

Please help.

Btw, what does this mean?

Have you opened the file "conectarBD.php" and saved your data?

You need to put your host login, password and access info. You only need to replace some words.

After doing it, you should be able to use the pages. Put your adress here, it's easier to help you.

About importing tables, just login and open your phpmyadmin. Using the option SQL, you can import the txt file and change the admin password.

Rather embarressing this. I cant find any SQL options. Allso, i'm getting this error:

Does than mean the server doesnt support SQL?

You do not need to download PHPMyAdmin unless you're going to host it at your own computer.

some friends and i have decided to do a new colombian DB, but we are kind of inexperienced, so id like some help

we added open interface for nt database

if someone don't want to install and maintance his own database then we could create account for his country on our server for free

Where are you going to install that database?

Well. I didnt had in mind to make a database for the firefox axtension, but some managers in Greece asked me if its possible to do it, cause they dont use tho sokker viewer.

Manda_Chuva sugested that i could use www.awardspace.com.
