Would be awesome if someone good at photoshoppy things could make my logo a bit more footballish, like add somekinda soccer ball there or some olive branches or more like a emblem or something from a gunners repertuare(i am arsenal fan) or something else they think is awesome.

You need to have Plus to add a logo to your club page.

And yes, after upload it takes some time before the logo is visible on your club page.

Nice extension to keep your logo when Plus has expired: Extension: Logo for non Plus users. (not sure if it still works)
