Why do you hope so? If they shut them down, the evidence will be there. Anyway, having so many teams is just ridicoulous and he should be punished.

Look, all those 3 teams we know about were very god - 2 of them play in highest league, 3rd in 2nd league. So he cared about them, maybe he was only extra talented, having planty of time so he take other teams to manage. Having more than 1 team is against rules I know, but if there was nothing wrong except it (no trades with same IP, no trades for ridicoulous money, no insulting in forum etc.) I think it is not very happy solution. And he made sokkemon, something extra for Sokker... many people using it (including me, Sokkerviewer is better, but sokkermon is my favourite). Look, I don't want to canceled his ban, no... If he got it, he deserved it, I believe in admins. Just think he was a very good manager and do something good for Sokker and if they punished him only because what I already said, I find it very sad...

not only that he got 3 or more teams but don't nothing bad (except having them)

even having 2 teams is bad enough and will definetly be punished.

As a player, you should obey some basic rules:

- You are allowed to have no more than one team. If you are found to have more than one team, you will lose them all. If you have the same IP address as another user (i.e. two users share the same computer) please notify us via e-mail, to admins@sokker.org .
- It is forbidden to make player transfers at inflated prices for any reason. Doing so may result in expulsion from the game.
- All player transfers between teams whose managers use the same IP address are forbidden.
- Your conduct within forums, when posting in guestbooks and mailing other users should always meet acceptable levels as defined in the Forum Statute.

No, seriously...anyone breaking the rules should be punished, as they agreed to follow them by starting the game. It doesn't matter how good he is. He maybe a little special, because he got good results and no one of his teams benifitted from his other teams (that is what you mean, right?), but it's still the same case. Cheating = Cheating.

Yes I and other admins didn't like this at all, he made something nice to sokker earlier. Sokkermon was one of the first english language tools for sokker.

I know about it... But I'm sure there is more people who got 2 teams and do nothing wrong with them only play (I don't know if filjo do that this way), no trades against rules etc. just play with them. That's nothing bad, they don't doing nothing bad...

Imho, if you have 2 teams and do nothing wrong only have them, thats not cheating. My opinion...

Having more than one team is a clear advantage!
You can test other formations or player skills and get more experience in the whole game functionality.
So banning them all is imho absolutely correct.

i don't think that's the key argument. there are more and less experienced and more and less flexible users around anyway.

the point is that if you allow one user to manage more than one team, you have to grant it to everybody. and if a high number of users have more than one team there is plenty of room for abuse because the admins can't control everybody's conduct.
I think it's more of a resources problem.

Hippi is absolutely correct in his viewpoint. There are many ways to cheat other than just the obvious of inflated transfers between teams. Having multiple teams would give an unfair advantage in that you gain more experience in team formation, strategy, training regimes etc. so MUST end in a BAN! It has nothing to do with admin resources.

We banned other users because they had several teams.
We must be fair and logical, if we banned those previous users we must ban fijlo even if that don't make us happy :(

Yes, I agree.... If admins allow to have more than 1 team, lot of players could abuse this for cheating. But I'm still not happy that manager like filjo must do this and pay for that :( Lot of people says Sokkermon is over, and what about Apollo?

really? I doubt that there are enough resources to to control thousands of users entertaining multiple teams.

but if you're right, then imo the argument against multiple teams is weak.
