Asunto: Cheaters Never Win!
you send us email, so another admin set in your info that there is another team from same ip/computer.
don't worry we see that another team info straight away when we check your info.
Can filjo defend himself?
ofcourse he can write to: admins@sokker.org then another admins will check that situation again, like allways. but don't expect too much...

ofcourse we respact that, but it will not allow him to brake rules.
Are you admin? Can you say which rule did he break? There are no suspicious transfers as far as I can see. You can't really say that he had more clubs, maybe his brother(s) are playing this game from same network (or computer).
He is very well known user, so this decision should be transparent, don't you think so? Case is very doubtful from my point of view.

2. Fair-play rules [2] 2006-01-16 15:43:54
As a player, you should obey some basic rules:
- You are allowed to have no more than one team. If you are found to have more than one team, you will lose them all. If you have the same IP address as another user (i.e. two users share the same computer) please notify us via e-mail, to admins@sokker.org .
- It is forbidden to make player transfers at inflated prices for any reason. Doing so may result in expulsion from the game.
- All player transfers between teams whose managers use the same IP address are forbidden.
- Your conduct within forums, when posting in guestbooks and mailing other users should always meet acceptable levels as defined in the Forum Statute.

Well, i know him for a long time as very good and honorable user. He did much for croatian sokker community and also international. I really can't believe in this, especially after so many time. He is(was) playing the game for years...
- You are allowed to have no more than one team. If you are found to have more than one team, you will lose them all.
It is very hard to prove such a accusation, I can say impossible.
If you have the same IP address as another user (i.e. two users share the same computer) please notify us via e-mail, to admins@sokker.org .
"Please" can hardly be a reason for ban.
- It is forbidden to make player transfers at inflated prices for any reason. Doing so may result in expulsion from the game.
Is there any in this case? I can't see it...
- All player transfers between teams whose managers use the same IP address are forbidden.
Also not the case here if the list of same-computer-clubs from this topic is correct.
- Your conduct within forums, when posting in guestbooks and mailing other users should always meet acceptable levels as defined in the Forum Statute.
Hardly a reason for ban from game :). Is there any message from filjo that deserves ban?

I dont know if you know or not why or who band him but k i will ask you to give me/us a clear answer why did he got band.
Because of your last answer i could presume he did break all the rules.
I would like you to say what did he do against the rules like this.
-He had more then one team od didnt notify any admin that someone else is playing from his pc/ip.
-He done player transfers at inflated prices (+ you could point which it/they were.)
-He did player transfers between 2 teams with the same ip.
-He broke the rules at forum statue.
If you dont know someone knows because someone did ban him for something or did he?

We will give exact information about his ban only to filjo. We will not tell it to anybody else, sorry.
It seems he had multiple teams, but i bet you don't go on EVERY single forum, so you cant argue whether or not he sould be banned for breaking forum statute.
The thing is he is banned, and only he can argue as other people dont know the circumstances as to why he was banned, maybe he spammed SK mailboxes with innapropriate things, honestly we dont know, so lets just leave it at that

Well he is baned, so he can't post his side of story here. And admins don't want to say anything, guess they want us to lose all the fun we had playing this game.
well, consider it this way:
to allow more than one team to be managed from one computer already is a big concession from the admins. this allowance itself is already open for abuse. I can easily notify the admins that my girfriend wants to start her own team and manage it from my computer, whilst managing the team myself.
I believe this is done quite frequently already
In my opinion, contrary to the opinions that others have voiced here, there is no big advantage in managing two teams, as long as you can't trade players between them.
if there is such a big advantage (tactical experience etc.) as everybody claims here, then we already have a distortion in the system.
thus the reason why the user was banned, is that he had too many teams and thus could not notify the admins of all of them, because he could not credibly claim that he has ten brothers or whatever using the same computer.
he deliberately did not notify the admins. thus he was banned rightly
the decision to ban him in a way is arbitrary. I agree. But you can't just allow users to have multiple teams because admins can't check the conduct of all of them. that HAS to be the only reason.
if it is not and you really benefit considerably from having multiple teams, then we already have an unfaur system which I would have to protest.
thanks for reading all this
;)

rofl well there is much talk about this ban in croatian community and not even one person believes he did anything wrong my self included and you not posting or saying anything about it is pure bs.
He was one of the most known and respected people in the cro community and now it seams to us that you can ban who you want without any explanation at all and that is not right.

The thing is we dont know why he is baned or is there any prof at all.
maybe in an email to him, they said that if he wanted to contest it he could email them.
also why do you think it should be public knowledge. If so then they should say
Ok everyone we took 2 years to catch someone with 10 teams, so if any of you are thinking about having more teams go ahead we wont notice untl you have loads of them, the MODs as far as im aware arent allowed to post the reason and for me that is right, only if he decides to email someone to tell people why can that happen and even then id want the thread closed straight away.

ban who you want without any explanation
explanation was gived to filjo.

Somebody from croatia told us, that we should check him. So there is at least 1 person.
is there any prof at all.
Yes, we allways need strong proof's before banning anyone, and several admins checked those.
This is last post in this topic what I will write.
- explanation was given to filjo, nobody else doesn't get it, unless filjo himself send it to somebody.
- He can get new team after 50 days like other's who are blocked.
- We got strong proof's that he broke rules and many times
- Decision was made by several admins together.
