very untrue.
you have to be very luck to have a one week pop, because it depends alot on the sublevel he had after the last pop.

my zlobas popped every 2 weeks in this levels when he was 16 and he popped every 2 weeks up to formidable passing.

it's not untrue... My player popped in passing 3 times in 4 weeks (//-/) and he was already 17
