but because he is a member of a new team he needs to be at least 18, so I don't think he will have a chance.

Maybe I am wrong but when I see an Israeli player I always hear the owner saying
"He has a chance for the NT" or "He's already in the NT" and never normal players.


Maybe I am just wrong like I said.

depends on his talent. He's not all that special, honestly. not bad, but i wouldn't think NT.

Here's a player of mine who is now 20, but here's the stats when he was 18, for comparison.

hopeless stamina, hopeless keeper
good pace, excellent defender
very good technique, good playmaker
good passing, poor striker
