and my stiker have 36 of sum of skills,and the best polish has got only 37,so..maybe i can continue to hope,or maybe not...

Forget it, unless you bring him quickly to triple unearthly he won't get in U21...
His B-skills (DEF, PM and PS) aren't good enough for that.

Btw, the best 20y old Hungarians are just a slightly worse than him, and I don't think that our youths can compete with the Polish monsters :)
