if only I would have started to train him from the time I bought him.
he would already have outstanding pace at least :(

that's amazing. i've got a 17/18yo player with a 3.25 talent (or better) with magical coach. he poped also in 3 weeks to excellent pace but not in 2 to very good...

got 3 brilliant assistants that might do the difference

i've got formidable, incredible and brilliant assistants. can't believe that it effects that much.

no need for a big effect.
just a small difference is enough to make him pop after 2 weeks while yours would have popped after say 2,2 weeks.
if you understand what I'm up to.

yes, i do. but i'm considering his pop-history [:)] from good to excellent pace.

now i'm going to upgrade my assistants, cu... ;)
