I don't think so... Maybe the best 10 have around 30~34. Any 17 yo player with ~30 MID sumskill and pace 7+ will be a great player for sure.

I don't think it has anything to do with talent, just luck with high starting level
What.... since exit level is start level + time spent with certain talent in ys and 7,2 highest entry level only gives 21,something in skillsum then yes, it would require talent to have 24 already
that's why I hope for talent too, but I won't be sure before I see it in training
Exactly, he can start with 7.xx and then with 3 weeks in YS even with talent over 4 can reach ~8, at least IMO, I'm not that into guessing talent based on ys skills
