4 weeks to 12 is pretty good....I would train his pace until magical, and then switch to technique
Is he is high at striker or/and technique and he will stay out of trouble , he might make it...

Yeah thanks for the informations, i had the dilemma to try to make him a striker with decent secondaries or Def would be the easiest of course, but probable i'll try 17X2 or 18X2 for pace and tech and then as high as possible in striker too. Though i think 16X2 is reasonable and then hoping him to pop randomly to 17 on the left side of skills.

3x16 might not be enough to make it to Estonia NT....I would think you guys will do better than that , but if he is talented, he could become better..

Yours should have a chance to reach before 28yo around 17-17-15/16
