I trained him to 15, he randomly popped up to 16, and that's the slowest training and I preferred to finish with that first, be sure he'll get training in all the skills :)

He said he is close to pop at pace and technique , which makes a big difference...let's say he will be magical pace and incredible at the beginning of the season , in 3-4 weeks....with top talent , he would need around 7-8 weeks to 16 pace, another 20 weeks to reach 16 technique as well and 30 weeks to 16 striker. That means he will be 3x16 at 25 years old, middle of the season....with the general trainings that he will get in the meantime, he could be 3x17 at 28 beginning of season.

So it's possible with top talent and no injuries.

4 weeks to 10 attack at 20, its not a top talent. So he won’t make it to 3x17. Simple math.

I had talent 4 to 9 pace and back to 3 to 10 pace....
Talent is always a fractional number , he might have needed 3.2 trainings to pop to 10, 3.4 maybe to 11 so he might pop in 3 weeks....if he is lucky , he might keep the 3 weeks to 12...
