Must have been very high on formidable passing either because of general training or because it took him 3+ weeks to formidable passing.

It took Vanbelle 2 weeks passing training and 3 weeks general training. Nevertheless still a great talent :p

Honestly, I can't say whether he would have popped in 2 weeks without the general. In my opinion, this is very plausible
