I have player who have popped 7 times in youth school with 3 weeks with magical coach(at now he is brilliant 5). No 4 week pops yet. He talent is definitely almost max what is possible, but yes, if I don`t have luck and he comes out with high age and bad skills distribution, then it`s sad.
