He'll be a star in U21, we'll see if his talent will prevent him from becoming a star in the first team. You might be right, I'm not sure how big the difference in training time will be.

The difference is huge from my experience.
For mids the talent is the most important part since you need to train 4 to 5 skills.

I started to train both the same way.
Zlobas (Talent below 3,3) had much weaker skills than Kamieniec (Talent around 3,9) when I bought them. (-1 pace, -3 tech, -3 playmaker), but after 5 Saisons of Training one is a star and the other an average player.
Just sharing my experience :)

I agree with loop, I had the same with 2 wingers of mine. The difference after 4 seasons is huge!
