i've had formidable coach and junior with talent 3,8 so with excellent it would be something around 4
but that was most talented junior i have had with this coach...

Depends also on the sub level of your youth coach.
Most tend to use the cheapest they can get at a certain level.
With the cheapest excellent coach I'm 100% sure that a straight 4 week talent is impossible.

Elias Cartier had 4 weeks talent with very good coach.

I don't believe it unless I see a screenshot from start of school till the end!
This would mean there was only one week difference between very good and unearthly coach.

and it is true.

i have junior who poped 7 times within 3 weeks with unearthly coach

but if i had only excellent coach and he would opp every 4 weeks his final skill would about 2 points lower...

it's huge difference to me
