Indeed... I thought it was a bit of disappointing to see that it took my 17 year old with a (according to the one I bought it from) 3.5 week youthschool talent 3 weeks to pop to good pace.

Same here, quite frustrating to see a guy who pops in 2 weeks and 3 general to outstanding passing taking 3 weeks to solid and to very good pace. I also think I can exclude a 2 week pop to excellent :s

I havent seen 2 week pop to solid pace yet, its just trained too slow. Although I have one player who popped to good pace in 2 weeks.

i've read about a 3 weak pop to incredible this week, that must be around max talent and best case scenario..

i think a 2 week pop to solid pace might be possible though
