i used puffin for tactics for so long but now it asks for money. Something similar if there is.

That's how we call U21 teams in Spanish. I guess some admin renamed it

Actually, sub in South American translates as correctly translated:
U15 / U16

Is it possible to change my Profile Country "Region" ?

By default it is set as "Acre", but im from Rio de Janeiro.

I dont think it is possible now

but fear not, as this has no influence on anything, except the weather which is randomly generated for region daily

and it only seems like it is "Your" region while in reality it is Your team region

and now the regions are assigned "randomly" (I dont think it is really random, but user have no influence on choosing region)

probably to distribute them among the country teams more or less evenly

although, You might want to ask admin to be sure that is is or is not possible
