No you cannot... 0 PM will reduce the training improvement to 0, which equals no training! Then you're better to let him receive general training.

For optimal training, 16 is a must. 15 is ok, but not ideal. anything below 15 is to be avoided.

I have a question. Is there like a tool or a browser extension which calculates all the Skills together and shows me the overall value? I am searching for Trainers that have good skills and cheap salary and I have been doing the calculations in my head but it gets tedious. I need a tool that tells me that the trainers 8 skills sum up to for example 112 with like 8 times 14.
Do you guys know any tool like that?

Which skills do you prefer for player determinated for free kick? Is play making important? Or do you left this spot undefined?

none. Because the stupid game engine does the worst possible way it can be used.
