Problem is...that country doesn't have any real users any more, so they need to play with whatever exists.
I still think that NT team should be shut down for as long as there are no real users in that country.

Is there a way to access league tables of previous seasons?
Or alternatively, to see all the winners of a certain competition?

Yes, it is. Generally, it's the feature for plus users, called archive, but via proper urls it is possible to use for everyone.

E.g. here is your current league some seasons and weeks ago:
https://sokker.org/league?leagueID=630&action=archive&season=64&round=5
You can modify season and round for different results (or league).

This won't work for cup-like competitions.

Hi there. I just took over the Singapore u21.
There are just a few players and some of them are in club without a manager so they might not have any training any more.
Is there a possibility that these could go to transfer list?
Who is the best to contact?

There is no way to do it according to rules.
Such a player will go on TL only if he is part of NT and a new manager takes over that team.
You can try writing messages to some admins - maybe they will break rules as they have little to none oversight to what they are doing.

This is a task to prove that you are a worthy coach !
