Hello… I have one magical main coach and 3 magical assistants... The training effectivity for assistants was 88% (in training report)... Now I have tried to sack 2 assistants and I have only 1 magical assistant and it shows me training effectivity 90% for assistants (and 94% for main coach).... Is that bug or did I use to have for many seasons 2 useless assistants and paid for them millions...?
Training effectivity is useless, don't look at it, it only shows you in % the average level of coaches. Just another stupidity that they added which makes the game more confusing.
You need 3 assistants, 3x brilliant is IMO optimal in terms of gain/money spent.

that effectiveness isn't useless per se, now it works stupidly (just another unfinished/bugged sokker functionality), but if it would calculate average from optimum like e.g. always added a "virtual coach" with 0 value if 0, 1 or 2 assistants or always calculating 0 if more than 3 it would be useful, because it would be able to show user that exactly 3 coaches are needed basing on his/her common sense
Well yes, if it was done properly... but since it isn't, in current form it's only useless and confusing...
Although It would still be confusing if it shows 3x magical as 88%... or it shows unearthly coach in youth as 93%...

Because they don't show the actual difference in coach's impact, they don't even show a correct scale because unearthly is max possible coach, so it's 100% in current reality, not 93%.
For experienced users it's pointless, nobody cares about it, but for new users I believe it can be misleading.

Interesting that one can play today but the other can't!
The problem is here:
In tomorrow's update, will Viskari receive training or will he still be injured?
I know that in morning update skills increase and after it they might decrease, that's why it makes no sense to give training in Superdivine skills.
But what about Injuries? First the training and then the treatment or vice versa?
