is formation 100% better then GT ? how many formation 100% is = to 1 advanced 100% ? :)

From what I remember around 25%

GT is around 15%

I thought formation is a bit higher, rather 30 than 25%, but in general ok

GT is ~14%
FT is ~28%
AT is 100%

So you need ~7 GT for 1 AT and ~3,6 FT for 1 AT

Do you have any data on how much difference there is within GT, FT and AT for a player with talent 3.1 and a player from the same age with talent 4.0?

I mean... everyone says GT = 1/7 of an advanced training, but clearly there's a big difference within top talented players and players with talent around 4.
It's actually...a skill has 100 points to pop to the next level. So is the % value of the training higher with top talented players, or is the amount of points needed lower than 100?

The player's talent or skills have nothing to do with it here. It is simply a comparison between types of training.
It's not about pops.
