I dont know, let me ask on linguists forum, but You can also try asking some linguist - mauser, Terrion, Royal Flush or any other linguist hot to become one of them

Do we have a linguist / someone responsible for that in Poland? Struś maybe? Because we also have some English phrases left

there is a lot of such phrases although some of phrases might not yet be translate-able (because devs might not do them as such) and also Polish version of new rules are still untouched

but, anyway, we dont have linguist, even that L on the staff list probably isnt real linguist, and I dont think struś or me or Raul is responsible for this (although Raul kind of is, just not directly) so I would say anyone who can and feels urge to translate it may translate it, I did some translations, Raul did some, struś probably also did, volunteeringly of course, but it would be good to have a linguist, because probably none of us have time to do it or keep track what is translated and what isnt. Unfortunately, we probably have the worst userbase among all countries in sokker, as almost noone is willing to help and they mostly just keep complaining stupidly and senselessly

but if I dont forget and it will be possible I will translate it in the evening, but might not be as these and those entries on league stats page are most probably temporary, just to have an insight to how the expectations work to make it easier to discover potential errors

Playing in junior league makes your coaches guesses of real level etter. I would recommend you to play those matches.

What do you mean? It's nothing new. It's straight from the rules.

"You need to assign a youth coach to ensure that your juniors are trained. His general appraisal will determine how quickly the juniors will improve their skills. He will also decide when a player is ready for testing in the first team line-up. Your junior coach’s general skill decides on how accurately the general skill of each junior is estimated. The higher the coach level, the more exact the junior level determined. Also, the more matches your junior plays, the more adequately the coach knows his total skill and shows it to you."

There are no details on how much better a guess is with "X" amount of matches. And no possible way to estimate.

my friend, in the whole game there are more or less 7000 active users and there is certainly a linguist. unfortunately, as for other roles, developers or perhaps someone in particular does not want to open an ad to find available users.

If you are not playing junior games, your coach's estimations are going to be all over the place, and not really reliable.

I had similar random swings in 'talent estimates' until I joined my country's junior league and started playing matches. Now, estimations are much more stable (and in my case, all bad. literally my entire school. garbage). If it weren't for junior games and the stability they bring, I'd literally fire ALL of my kids.

My first season with youth school, I consistently fired everyone who I knew would be bad. So I had 3-4 kids in the school. All of the estimates were all over the place, up 2, down 1, down 2, up 1. It was a disaster.
Now, I keep 11 kids in the school at all times, and I no longer see wild swings week to week like I once did.

Is this normal that few of my players in advanced training played 135 min and got training effectiveness only 96%?
