Question about coach recruitment:

If I need main coach with Unearthly skills in everything except GK, does I have a higher chance if I leave keeper on “any“? Or its better to set 8x16?

I've been trying leaving the GK on "any" and I don't even get magical coaches. 500k and nothing decent so far.
