Imo it should be possible to have the coach recruitment settings to be placed at unearthly too. It's very stupid that, as a manager, you cannot look for that kind of skill, though you're striving to get it multiple times! I don't understand that they deliberately left out that choice and made the function so dubious that if you place it at unearthly, it automatically redirects to magical, while that is actually the skill you're trying to avoid.
Why can't they just increase the money you invest into the tool, but on the flipside, generate a coach that will look exactly like you want him to be?
Say 500k for each unearthly skill, set on a maximum of 4M on 8x unearthly.
If this is randomized, then you could let contruction workers try to expand you stadium for a fixed price and get a random outcome too... ridiculous.
It breaks all immersivism the game has to offer. One guy gets lucky to find 4 magical coaches in 10 tries, all with an ago of below 50. Another one spends millions and get 2 magical coaches, both at the age of 58+... My main question is where to draw the line between game and simulator?

Yes, but like borkos said, it is misleading (more or less)!

Question about assistants. Is it proven that 3 assistants will bring better results in training than 2 or 1 assistant?
Let's make an example does 3 Unearthly assistants provide better results than 1 or 2 uneartlhy assistants?
In game rules it's written very vaguely, that 3 is maximum that can cooperate together (in estonian).
Can someone clarify what's the best for assistants setup if money is not an issue. Thanks!

Proving anything with assistants is very difficult because their effect seems small, but I think it's safe to assume that 3 Unearthlies are better than 2.
What interests me is something like 3 x Excellents vs 2 Magical. Technically they're both 30/48.

Does anyone have the formula for how the ranking system works? I feel like it used to be known.
im not sure but i think 3x formidable assistant better than 2x unearthly
11+11+11=33
16+16+=32
Repeatly im not sure its my idea.

Assuming your above formula is correct means still that the best is
3 assistants 16+16+16=48
Or
16+16+16 = average 16? like 48/3=16?
My question is basically if someone knows for sure how the training system works?
1 assistant or 2 assistant or 3 assistants what is the best of the best?
But if someone confirms that it's accumulated total what matters then 3 assistants as max as possible is the best way, that's pretty important information to be known and in the rules it's more than too vague imo, im still open for open discussion and if someone has the facts i would much appreciate your knowledge thanks!!

no, nobody knows how exactly it works, but it was always stated by creators/owners that 3 assistants > 1/2 assistants
it definitely doesn't work on average [so 3x 16 does not equal 1x 16]

If you look at your training report details (new page with trainers) you can see how many % the assistants give in training effectiveness.
The % is in average, so I recon that the sum of the 3 assistants is always taken into account.
Looking at my 3 magical assitants giving me 93% ''on average'', I can honestly say that the ''average'' is not needed in that part and should be removed.
magical = 15. So I recon they count to it as being (15.xx + 15.xx + 15.xx) . 2 = 90 - 95, in my case 93%
3 magical assistants will then give a minimum of 90% and a max of 95
Now I don't know how it is with unearthly coaches. Can they have more than 16.00?

When the bid for a player ends, what is the maximum time I (as a buyer) can wait in order to bring the player in? Considering the seller does not send the player away.
In the rules I read 2 days after bid is over, but then in talks about 1 week. So I am not sure now

If the buyer does not bring the player in and the seller does not send the player away, it will be possible to cancel the transfer. To do this, if both individuals wait one week after the bidding has finished, the transfer will be canceled automatically, and both users will have to pay 10% of the final bidding price to do this.

Thank you for clearing the doubt. The rules in Spanish seems a bit confusing in that sense. I later read it in English and it was clearer

In Spanish the text IS the same:
- The players IS in the Transfer list for 2 days from the moment you put It on sale
- The player waits to be sent by either the buyer or the seller during a week after the sale ends

From the rules:
Después de la puja el jugador permanece en lista de transferencias durante dos días a menos que su nuevo club lo reclame o el equipo vendedor lo envíe.
I don’t know if it’s a matter of a difference in slang between Paraguayan Spanish and your Spanish, but “después de la puja” means when the bid is over. But now I understand that is means when the player is initially out for sale.
