If a manager wants an unearthly pace, about formidable stamina, and all other skills low, what should be selected by recruiting?

Unearthly pace, formidable stamina and all other skills tragic?

Place all skills closest to the desired skill level. If that what you proposed is what you want, then yes.

do you think its good idea to make him cdm tech training and pm also with pass.. soon will be 14 def with few GT :)
I dont play top league like many of you and for me is good cdm is if he is 15 or 16 def with at least 13 14 in other skills.. he can be something like that by 25y?

Personally, I think its better if you just train him full DEF and pace and make him a top CB.

Tech and pm too low to be CDM.

You should make him:

There should be time, you can play him as cdm when needed, but he Will also be good nt player... if you train him as proposed he is ruined for nt

okay i hope he can be like you said.. 17 17 and 3x 12 :) then i will try best for nt :D few tech training now and back to def training :D

if you want to think long term and have more time for secondaries, you can skip doing anymore pace training and only let gt pop do the last

How much worse is a player with tragic form compared to the same player with max form?

Rule of a thumb is around -2 in skills in tragic form

then full form is maybe +1 in skills? :D

My experience is that tragic form equals kindergarten football. The player is practically useless. Even his pace has been diminished to a fraction of his normal speed. Superdivine form equals the skills as you see them on the player page. But this ME destroys world class players with long term bad form. Form must be the worst written algorithm within this ME, hell...in any football game! That's imo the one feature that harms the game the most.

He is totally diff player from last season. Also with better skills cos of form.. i won the league for the first time he was 17 18 and after the title he is drop every week now he is 1 form.. :(
