Can anyone remind me on how many days remaining on an injury does it change to slight injury? suddenly seem to be hit with them on key players, not sure who i've upset :)

All my low form players are as slow as a snail!
Divine / unearthly pace but they run like they are carrying a bag of sand on their back.

Maybe a % instead of Skill Levels?

What about a -30% of Player's Skills?

I think that's more accurate yes
