Asunto: »***duplicate***

I'm not sure if its the best place to post it, but I see no other forum which would fit more....
so, Lithuanian national team is looking for a serious coach for next two seasons. Here are the main points which you have to fit:
1) experience ( be sure, that we wont give a chance for a newbie [; )
2) lots of free time for Sokker (as we need db totally renewed etc.)
3) some prove that you are a perfect tactician [;
4) some achievements
5) good communication (that includes good English language and lots of it (communication))
6) some ideas to make Lithuanians interested in national team (as interest is tragic now)

well its not funny, because most of foreign users wouldnt even try to participate in elections as he would expect us to vote only for Lithuanians, so we want to annouce that we will welcome a coach from any country if we consider him as good enough [;

Why don't you make a reality show such as Big Brother or American Idol??

I dont think that a foreigner will not try to participate , at least from what i saw in our elections in the last few seasons..
Its harder for a comunity to vote for a foreigner , thats for sure...

I mean, a foreigner who fits those all points.... And yes, normally he wouldn't even try...

I think that about 95% of the foreigners that do try are those with the:

Well , even if you will find here someone , you will need to make the comunity choose him..
