An Austria-User wrote to me that you search a National-coach that is serious and very experienced.
I have to say that I`m 100% interessed to coach Lithuana National-Team! I coached already 2 national-teams and I like this work!
First I should present me quickly:
My name is Andreas and I`m 18 years old. I make now my last year of school (matura). In real life I play football in the 3th division in Schweiz. I play Sokker because its difficult and because a Manager can do very much with good tactics!
How I said I would be very interessed to become your new National-coach for 2 seasons. My experience is really good. I was 2 seasons National-coach from Svizzerland (I did also the WC-quali). After I became also Hayastan coach and I made the first 2 seasons with Hayastan. In svizzerland I`m actually the "best" team ;-). I played already 2 times in a Cup-Final.
I want to become your new National-coach because I like the work with National-teams and because I see very much potential in Lietuva! Players like Emilijus Kuèinskas, Jovydas Kaknevièius or Haroldas Liesys are World-class!!!
I know also the situation with the "desinteressed" comunity! Perhaps I could help you to make the National-team more popular.
Perhaps you are interessed in me as new coach :-)

I'm going to briefly hijack this thread for my own ends. Ireland will also be looking for a new national coach next season and none of the people i've asked can or want to do it.
tell me if you are interested in me and my achievements.
I always like to "work" with young lads and I have lots of free time.
1) Definetely 4-4-2 diamond.
But I have some good 4-3-3 and 5-4-1 tactics.
2) Don't know how good your players are..
But a good solution would be to have a strong defensive midfielder and concentrate on wings with great wingers.
3) Definetely defensive.Let's not lose first and then we shall see.
4) I'd say the fact that I won 2 leagues in a row being a noob AND the fact that I'm so high at my league ( 2nd div ) with so young players AND with very few transfers.
5) OF course the match in 2007-05-13 11:49. Two same teams but my tactics much better (sorry I don't know how to enter a link).
6) With being an active in the "NT" topic and getting many scouters.Of course if we win more will be interested ;)

i think i know how to make a tactic.. my players are rubbish and i won the MISKENIM of sharoni123 and few other stronger than me :)

I meant for Irish NT.. but it doesn't matter.. i saw nin is running too so i don't want to compete against him.. even if i compete i am pretty sure they won't choose me anyway :P
