I dont think that the level of the personal team is the right indicator for a good NT coach.
Couse in a personal team the financial side is the most importent thing and in the NT it has no meaning..

I completely disagree with that. :) There is a big difference between using elite players and using chaff (as there is a big difference between facing elite players and facing chaff).
