would be kinda crazy to end a show with 250 million viewers suddenly like that, also finalgear.com states that Top Gear is on vacation and will return in November.

i quess Jeremy wanted us to think about furture of (super)cars while Top Gear is away :)

but yeah, the end suited really well to end such a show once and for all.

i'm glad it isn't the end
let's hope that the show last forever :D

and if supercars don't exist anymore just make fun with the stupid cars :D

We'll see who will be the next Stig. My vote is for the Stig's american fat cousin :)

Hopefully the white Stig stays. Collins could guest-star the show and drive the reasonably priced car with new(or old?:x) Stig "teaching" him, or something.
(if Collins and BBC generals are in a fight this would be alot harder to organize tho:p)

They shoud pay the stig better, so that he doesn't need the money from writing an autobiography :p This is the second time this happened, time for BBC to learn from it ;-)

they could pay him better if they released better programmes for a start :)

You're crazy. :-) The BBC is pure quality. I hate watching TV due to the endless and dumb commercials, but BBC programs occosianally tempt me out. Top Gear is an absolute gem. Even for someone who sees cars as uninteresting objects on wheels which may get you from A to B.
