not really facebook question but what is up with instagram. i cant open more than one photo anymore at all.

Everytime I try to login to facebook this message comes: "You are trying too often. Please try again later."
Usually I visit there once or twice a day at most and I have never written wrong email address or password. So someone else is trying to use my account, right? What can I do? It's been like this many days now and I need to get in there as soon as possible.
