"y sale kaka por elano" this means literaly: comes out kaka for elano.
But in spanish "el ano" means the ass and "kaka", as valenciano said- sounds like caca, that means "shit"
So.. in that sentence its like saying: comes shit out of the ass.

Marica or Marika means homosexual in spanish. So he's saying here: "and the players hug the gay dude"
