Checked it out how this thing works and it doesnt work in some countrys. Knowing its american site i think it prolly works only for americans and canadians.
there are lots of Polish 'youtubers' who earn money on youtube
for example search for Niekryty Krytyk
as for earning, I think that you have to enable some option in the account or sth like that, not sure how it works exactly

its available anywhere ehre adsense is available, so i bet that in estonia too.
We got AdSense, but at the YT Monetizing page it says:
This function is currently not available in your country.
So i guess we are still soviet union to Americans :(
