I agree that it can hurt because your muscles get tired and they lose their control over the joint, but if controlled correctly this excercise isn't that bad for your joints, it's just a matter of muscle exhaustion, we don't know how long they do this...

But with everything, too much isn't good.
A trampoline is often used in rehabilitation(maybe not in this extreme way, but sportspecific it could be used like this) for joint proprioception and coordination.
In the video you can see they don't jump with knee's in total extension, so that's a good thing...
